Dr. Gary E. Foresman, MD, Founder and President of Middle Path Medicine, brings over 35 years of experience in clinical Internal & Integrative Medicine. With his extensive background in clinical Internal & Integrative Medicine, Dr. Gary E. Foresman, MD, serves as a trusted expert in the field.

Abigail Kraemer-Cole, PA-C

Abigail (“Abbi”) Kraemer-Cole, PA-C graduated from Earlham College (Richmond, Indiana) in 2005 with a bachelors degree in biochemistry. During her time at Earlham she participated in a study abroad program in Mexico and became fluent in Spanish. She went on to graduate from the Physician Assistant program at Midwestern University (Glendale, Arizona) in 2011. 

Abbi has called the Central Coast home since 2014. She practiced traditional medicine in urgent care and primary care for several years before realizing the importance of an integrative/holistic approach to health care. She completed additional training in functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). Abbi has a deep understanding of both traditional and integrative medicine, bringing a unique perspective to her approach to healthcare.

Abbi passionately believes in helping her patients improve their health through lifestyle change and natural treatment modalities. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, engaging in activities like hiking, running, yoga, and cooking.

Their expertise and dedication ensure that all health and wellness concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.

IV Therapy

Administered under the direction of Dr. Foresman by our Registered Nursing staff, the IV Therapy program at MPM can be used to support your immune system, as an adjunct to chemotherapy, for surgery and travel preparation, and to address many other specific needs. The program is designed to offer a range of benefits backed by medical expertise.

The Middle Path Medicine Supplement Shop provides the best herbal and vitamin nutritional support around. Every supplement is personally chosen by Dr. Foresman. Dr. Foresman's expertise ensures that each supplement is of the highest quality and efficacy.

Our Supplement Shop provides a 10% discount for our 55 & over shoppers, and everyone can enjoy 10% off most items every Friday & Saturday. We also offer a variety of personal care products. Our shop welcomes the entire community, not just our patients!
