We are in contract with our vendors prohibiting us from selling to retailers.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Middle Path Medicine are made pursuant to a shipment contract. What this basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Middle Path Medicine and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Middle Path Medicine does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Middle Path Medicine itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unopened condition within 30 days of purchase.
Unopened products may returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
